It was designed to impersonate well-known or recognized brands and celebrities with the intent of promoting fraudulent cryptocurrency schemes. These “investment opportunities” usually imitate or mimic news articles in order to project legitimacy.

This is because the creators of Immediate Imovax have very sinister plans for their victims. These con artists use these fake advertisements in order to lure or entice unsuspecting opportunity-seekers. This is all done in order to elicit a deposit and get potential investors to invest with offshore CFD (contract for difference brokers).

Secondly, we ran a virus scan for Immediate Imovax through Sucuri and Malwarebytes. It seems this website or service engages in phishing tactics. That being said, there are quite a few versions of this scheme and it is difficult to ascertain that all versions engage in phishing. Contrarily, it is clearly evident that all versions employ the same deceptive advertising tactics and for that reason are equally fraudulent.

Finally, when we completed the registration process the broker which was allocated to us was named “Capital Trading”. Capital Trading is a CFD broker which is not licensed to manage customer portfolios. This entity has a business address in the Ukraine. We already know that Ukraine is not really focused on regulations and legal aspects related to businesses these days. In reality, Immediate Imovax is just another get-rich-quick scheme masquerading as a cryptocurrency trading robot.

Here we can see the Immediate Imovax home page. It belongs to one of many websites that are used as templates for various get-rich-quick schemes.

Notice the first paragraph when they talk about “navigating the dynamic landscape” of cryptocurrency trading. Also notice the color palette and font type.

Believe it or not we found an exact replica of this site, only this time they are calling it “Spark Genesis AI” (see above). It’s exactly the same scheme and the only thing which has changed is the URL. The same is true for the website we can see below. It is another template which is commonly used by an affiliate network named Finixio.

As you may have guessed it is also recycled and duplicated for reasons related to certain deals that are made between CFD brokers and promoters.

The duplication process can also influenced by existing graphic design and “production lines” promoters have in place. Many times they are just lazy and stick to one template that “does the job” for them.

Immediate Imovax takes the form of a cryptocurrency trading robot that’s designed to generate money without any risk for its members or users.

Still, since we are reviewing this “software” we had to actually register and test the app. After doing so we found out that just like all the other systems we tested there is no actual software. Additionally, Capital Trading was actually using something which is referred to as an educational page or “university” as a type of pre-lander. A pre-lander is an additional landing page which advises you or explains what happens next.

We were actually being led by the nose and asked to register again or not gain any access to the software.
